1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any YogSutra by Priya class — online or offline — or by using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
YogSutra offers live online yoga classes (delivered via Zoom or similar platforms), offline studio classes, workshops and one-to- one sessions. Class content, batch timings and instructors may change from time to time.
3. Registration & Eligibility
You must provide accurate details when registering. Our regular classes are intended for adults (18+). Minors may only join with explicit consent and registration by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Fees & Payments
- Fees for the 3-Day Live Online Trial (₹19) and other programs are shown at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Access to a class is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation from us on WhatsApp.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- The ₹19 trial fee is non-refundable. If you genuinely cannot attend, message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to a future batch.
- For longer online or offline courses, cancellation and refund terms are shared at the point of purchase and by WhatsApp before payment.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session for operational reasons. In such cases we will offer an equivalent replacement session or a refund.
6. Health Disclaimer
Yoga involves physical movement. You are responsible for practising within your own limits. If you have any medical condition, injury, are pregnant or recovering from surgery, please consult a qualified doctor before joining, and inform your instructor. By joining, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate. YogSutra and its instructors are not liable for any injury resulting from participation.
7. Code of Conduct
We ask all students to be respectful and punctual. Recording, re-streaming or redistributing our classes without written consent is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the class environment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our classes — including sequences, materials, videos, images and the YogSutra name and logo — is the property of YogSutra by Priya and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use any content without written permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Live classes are delivered on Zoom and communication happens over WhatsApp. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogSutra's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific class or program in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city where our studio is registered.
